To support the continued growth of our Turkey office in Ataşehir, Istanbul, we are currently looking for an: Air Freight Export Operation Specialist
Knowledge is power
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight export operations, preferably within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Hands-on knowledge of air freight export processes, documentation, airline bookings, and operational procedures.
- Experience or working knowledge of air freight import operations is considered an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong customer and business orientation with an analytical and solution-focused approach.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, airlines, agents, suppliers, and business partners.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Position is based at our Istanbul HQ – Allianz Tower, Ataşehir.
