You’ll be the face of MPL in Southern Germany, focusing on one thing: new customer acquisition. You know how to spot opportunities, open doors, and build strong relationships, especially within the region’s thriving industrial and manufacturing sectors. 

All shipments and execution will be handled centrally via our Hamburg office, allowing you to fully concentrate on existing customer care and acquiring new customers. Your entrepreneurial spirit and strong market feel will drive our growth in this strategic region. 

• You have a proven track record in sales and business development in logistics or supply chain.
• You know the South German market well and understand the needs of industrial customers.
• You love to hunt: spotting leads, creating connections, and closing deals is what you do best.
• You work independently but thrive on teamwork and shared success.
• You’re fluent in German and English.
• You have strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a high level of ownership.
