Given our recent expansion across the APAC region, including the opening of 6 new offices, based in the Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea and Thailand, we are strengthening our commercial capabilities to support further growth. As part of this exciting development, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our MPL office in South Korea, based in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul:
BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL
Actively prospecting and generating leads to the expansion of the company's client base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry trends is a plus.
Proficient in local language and English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with overseas offices and partners.
